Jesus of Nazareth is the Lion of Judah, and we are the sheep who seek His tender, loving care.
Today, I am reminded of the woman who was desperate for healing, and so she reached out to Jesus of Nazareth to make her well. Here is a reminder of what happened in Mark 8:43-48:
And a woman who had [suffered from] a hemorrhage for twelve years [and had spent all her money on physicians], and could not be healed by anyone, came up behind Him and touched the fringe of His outer robe, and immediately her bleeding stopped. Prayer:
May the Lion of Judah come to your rescue today, as you reach out to Him for your healing. Rest in His comfort, be amazed by His love, and be hopeful as you continue to place your trust in Him.
Remain confident as you seek His presence, and enjoy His rest. Let Him bring you peace, soothe your soul, and speak His words of life to you, for He desires to calm your heart, and to reassure you with His presence.
So, stay close to the Lion of Judah, for He is your safe place, and you can rest securely in Him, as He removes your pain, dries your tears, and brings healing to your soul. Amen.
