Headaches are not fun, and they are no laughing matter. Just ask anyone who has them, especially on a frequent basis, and they will tell you about their pain.
They can be triggered by things like environmental changes, work-related stress, lack of sleep, and waiting too long to eat.
Trying to minimize your headache pain may come from using cool ice packs, taking a decongestant, drinking caffeine, having a power nap, and even going out to a different location, to provide you with peace of mind.
If you have headaches, and you know what triggers them, please share your understanding with us, and we would be happy to pray for you, to help you to find relief.
I pray for those who experience frequent headaches, and who struggle to understand what causes them. Minister your peace into their troubled hearts to remove whatever burdens are weighing them down. Lift them from their place of despair, and allow your joy to become their strength. Let them not become overwhelmed by the cares of this life, but rather help them to stay rooted and grounded in your love. Speak your words of life, encouragement, strength, and support to them. As they move forward, may your comfort, reassurance, and steadfast love, guard their way, so that they can be relieved of their pain, and move with you into a brighter future. Amen.
