Last night my wife and I were sitting outside on our balcony, and as I looked up into the sky and I noticed the moon above me and the sun behind me.

Question: If we live on a globe, then why can I see the moon and the sun at the same time?

Question: When I look at a horizon, why don’t I see any curvature to the earth?

Question: If the earth is spinning and rotating on an axis, then how can the rivers, lakes, and oceans stay within their boundaries?

Lord Jesus,

Give us your wisdom and understanding of your earth. If we live on a globe, then why do certain things not make any sense? Thank you, Lord Jesus, as you lead and guide us by your Holy Spirit into all truth. Amen.
